This page is about my stay in a house in the mountains situated in near Bagn (half an hour by car). I spend my time hear with Victor (a friend from France) and Anne-Karin, our host.
The home
The house is really nice, a cosy place and it has the traditionnal look of a moutain house : red planks, some grass on the roof, etc... I sleep in the main house in the same room than Victor.
The Work
During the first week, i mooved some wood which was driying into a storage room, cut down some trees, etc... I won't lie, i had a few blisters ;) Then the work was mainly some paint and some carpenting. I like this type of work. When i think about it, i work a bit less that with my first host, here i only do 4 or 5 hour a day.
The Festival
Victor and I participated at a fesival as guards in exchange of the ticket to attend to this festival. (1600 Nok) We slept in a tent and we had the dinner offerd but no the breakfa and the lunch. We spend nice time because we were working only at night so we had the whole day to enjoy either the festival or the town : Fagernes.
