Volunteering keeps continue with the same pace but I still enjoy each moments which makes me feel and discover something diferent each time.

Today, Wyclife is not around, patients are so much and the pase is very intense. Consequently, Calisto asked me to go to Wyclife's room and do all Malaria's test. Calisto saw patients first and refired to me when Malaria is suspected. I felt so proud in my medical office 😌😍😯

This day i was with Wyclife in the consultation room and like every time I spend with him, I learn so much things!!

Now I am feeling as a medical staff member. Every day I take more confidence about my work and my relations with the other. I have discovered something about children relations, children and babies can be compared ro animals: if you carry them without have self-confidence, they will be scared and they will cry. However, if you take asurance , they will feel in safety.👩‍👧💕

Thursday, 24th

A very busy morning at the hospital!🤯 I did lots of MRDT tests (for children also...💉😬). Calisto insisted a lot to keep me at the dispensary and in consequences, I didn't have time to go to the school the afternoon😥.

I went to Kakiimba primary on this afternoon (James's school) where I spent 2 hours and an half with James's class (grade 5). I made 2 activities (one in class and another outside). While one group was in the 1st activity, I learnt the other one how to play "Werewolves" (in french, "loup-garou") . It is a very hood game to improve english language! They really appreciated and me too I had a really good time. I must afmit that I was a little bit stessed ahead but at least, beeing myself, modestly sincerely and humble, pupils were very reaching☺️.

I continued the home visits with Mr.Calmax. I was very tired because we visited 3 houses but I think It is essential to see how people can live , how children sleep on the floor and must walk so long to join their school, how looking for food and water is difficult for the family .... we can't imagine that kind of life, us, europeens but trust me, life can be very hard and we are very UNFORTUNATE...
